If you’ve not seen this film yet and have an interest in happiness and being happy yourself then please do not hesitate to watch it. It’s a documentary but like the best movies, has plenty of drama and takes you on an emotional rollercoaster.
It will leave you with a more profound sense of what happiness is and how to approach achieving more of it.
It may even leave you with a deeper understanding of what it means to be human and inspire you to re-evaluate your own life purpose.
The film includes interviews with leading “happiness” figures:
- Daniel Gilbert (Professor of Psychology at Harvard University; “Stumbling on Happiness”)
- Nic Marks (Happiness Works)
- The Dalai Lama
- Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi ( Professor of Psychology and Management at Claremont Graduate University, “Flow”)
Matthieu Ricard (‘happiest human on the planet’) makes an appearance in a brain scanner no less.
I can’t recommend this movie highly enough.
